Machine Operator lll

  • Must have extensive experience working on Machinery.

Job Duties:
  • Responsible and has the highest level of experience in performing all machine lines with the ability to complete all line changeovers.
  • Supervises the machine and can diagnose, maintain, and fix most problems.
  • Understands daily goals and units that need to be reached: Mentors (I, & II) Machine Operators to the highest ability.
  • Attends Mandatory Daily Pre-shift meetings led by leaders I & II on the associated line they will work on for the shift.
  • Inspects machines before running for safety and removes any possible hazards.
  • Ensures the Machine runs adequately and has no issues before running orders.
  • Ensures the Vibratory bowl is fully stocked with droppers throughout the shift.
  • Ensures the Lines work area is clean, well-organized, efficient, and error-free.
  • Efficient in meeting all production goals daily, Monthly, and Yearly.
  • Confirms that work orders, barcodes, and packaging are correct
  • Updates all systems and spreadsheets for the line being run.

Pay: $28 - $30/HR DOE
Shift: Monday – Friday 10 am to 6:30 pm (OT as needed)
