Contract Details

  • Position Type: Contract
  • Contract Duration: 3 months (with potential to convert to full-time employee based on business need, budget approval, and performance)
  • Start: May 21, 2026
  • Pay Rate: $21.18 / Hour (USD)
  • Shift / Schedule: 3:00 PM 11:30 PM
  • Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Job Summary

Under the direction of the Manufacturing Supervisor, the Machine Operator will ensure the smooth operation of the manufacturing equipment according to established specifications, standard operating procedures, and work instructions. An operator must demonstrate steady progress in learning all equipment and jobs in the assigned manufacturing area. He or she must also exhibit the ability to follow instructions of the supervisor while observing the quality of raw and finished goods before, during, and after production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor functions of equipment and operate per documented procedures including maintaining operational logbooks
  • Provide technicians with symptoms of equipment failures, when required
  • Support material handling as necessary
  • Maintain segregation of materials and lot and/or receiving numbers
  • Maintain area in a clean and orderly condition
  • Adhere to and demonstrate compliance to all company and department standard operating procedures including but not limited to: GMP, device history record, hazard communication, and safety rules
  • Utilize written procedures and training to accomplish tasks noted above
  • Accept full accountability for product quality
  • Report to supervisor or management unsolved problems encountered during the workday
  • Maintain complete and accurate records of work-in-process, component inventories, and relative documentation

Required Skills

  • Ability to adhere to shift start times with excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions
  • Ability to follow supervisor instructions while monitoring quality of raw and finished goods

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Required Experience

  • Prior manufacturing experience not required training will be provided

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

  • Candidate must be able to stand to package and label product
  • Candidate will support a closed production line; not responsible to run or operate the production line
  • Support material handling as necessary; does not require use of forklift or power jack
  • Lifting, moving, and carrying products weighing up to 20 pounds
  • Candidate supporting a closed production line no physical contact with hazardous materials or chemicals
  • Safety glasses, hair nets, and gloves provided; candidate must provide steel or composite shoes/boots
