Production Operator

Location: Longmont, CO

Pay Rate: $19-$25/hour DOE + Robust Benefits

Hours: 2nd Shift Mon – Th: 3:30 P.M. - 2:00 A.M.

How you'll spend your time as a Production Operator:

• Read and follow job work instructions and quality plans.
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Monitor production rates and accurately record production, scrap, and quality data in JobBOSS.
• Notify the Production Manager or Shift Supervisor of quality or production concerns.
• Handle customer molds and company equipment with care.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with your team to meet production goals.

Skills & experience we'd like you to have as a Production Operator:

• Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
• Basic computer skills for production reporting.
• Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable attendance and willingness to learn.
• Willingness to complete a drug and background screening.
