NOW HIRING: Machine Operator4 Open Positions
Pay rate: $20.00/hr + Shift Differential
Location: Lyndhurst, NJ We're hiring
4 Machine Operators to join our team. These positions are responsible for safely operating manufacturing and packaging equipment while maintaining high standards for production, quality, and safety.
OPEN POSITIONS- D-shift = Thursday-Sunday/Friday-Sunday; from 6pm-6:30am
- 3rd shift = Monday-Friday; from 10pm-6:30am
Training: Candidates must be flexible to train on another shift for approximately
60–90 days, and training may take up to
3 months. Shift differentials will apply based on the shift worked.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Operate manual and semi-automatic manufacturing and packaging systems.
- Process materials used to manufacture sealants, adhesives, primers, and other products.
- Load specified solid and liquid materials into heating, cooling, and blending equipment.
- Monitor equipment, gauges, signals, and production processes and make adjustments as needed.
- Collect product samples for quality-control testing.
- Operate a forklift to package, palletize, shrink-wrap, and stage finished products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform minor equipment and workstation maintenance.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS- High school diploma or equivalent; trade school/electronics certification is a plus.
- Ability to read, write, and understand documents in English.
- Ability to lift up to 74 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong problem-solving and technical skills.
- Ability to work the assigned shift and remain flexible during training.
- Ability to operate a forklift.
- Must have Machine operating experience
