Machine OperatorWe are seeking a dependable and hands-on Machine Operator to join our clients team in Macedonia, OH. This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with machinery, takes pride in quality work, and is looking for stable employment with room to grow.

As a Machine Operator, youll be an essential part of the team, responsible for operating machinery, ensuring quality standards, and meeting production goals. Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay: $19 per hour, with potential to increase to $20 once hired in
Key Responsibilities- Operate forming and CNC trimming machinery to meet daily production goals
- Perform in-process and final quality inspections, including first-piece submissions to Quality Control
- Complete required documentation such as work orders, instructions, and drawings
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety and PPE guidelines
- Verify materials, components, and packaging match job specifications
- Communicate quality or production issues to leads and supervisors
- Support scrap reduction and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Follow emergency shutdown procedures and general production protocols
Minimum Requirements- 1-2 years of manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow written instructions, work orders, and basic drawings
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Reliable attendance and willingness to follow safety guidelines
- Basic math and measurement skills
Nice to Have Skills- Prior experience with CNC machinery or forming equipment
- Knowledge of manufacturing safety protocols
- Ability to troubleshoot minor machinery issues
Preferred Education and Experience- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience
Other Requirements- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
