Machine OperatorWe are seeking a reliable and hands-on Machine Operator to join our clients growing team in Macedonia, OH. This role involves operating machinery to produce customer orders efficiently, following all safety, quality, and production standards. You will be responsible for completing required documentation, performing inspections, and supporting a smooth production process. As part of a team committed to excellence, youll help ensure high-quality output and continuous improvement.
Shift:- Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay:- $18 per hour, increasing to $19 per hour once hired in
Key Responsibilities:- Operate forming and CNC trimming machinery to meet daily production goals
- Perform in-process and final quality inspections, including first piece submissions to Quality Control
- Review and complete required documentation such as work orders, instructions, and drawings
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety and PPE guidelines
- Verify materials, components, and packaging match job specifications
- Communicate quality or production issues promptly to leads and supervisors
- Support scrap reduction efforts and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Follow emergency shutdown procedures and general production protocols
Minimum Requirements:- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow written instructions, work orders, and basic drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Reliable attendance and willingness to follow all safety protocols
- Basic math and measurement skills
