Machine Operator: 

We’re looking for a reliable, hands on Machine Operator to join our client’s growing team in Macedonia, OH! If you enjoy working with machinery, take pride in producing quality parts, and want a stable, full time opportunity with room to grow, this role is a great fit.

Machine Operators are responsible for producing customer orders within required timeframes while following all safety, quality, and production standards. This role involves operating machinery, completing required documentation, and performing 100% inspection of materials before and after processing.


Shift: 
  • Monday- Friday 7am-3:30pm


Pay: 
  • $17 per hour



Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate forming and CNC trimming machinery to meet daily production goals
  • Perform in process and final quality inspections, including first piece submissions to Quality Control
  • Review and complete required documentation such as work orders, instructions, and drawings
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety and PPE guidelines
  • Verify materials, components, and packaging match job specifications
  • Communicate quality or production issues to leads and supervisors
  • Support scrap reduction and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Follow emergency shutdown procedures and general production protocols


Minimum Requirements:
  • Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions, work orders, and basic drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Reliable attendance and willingness to follow all safety guidelines
  • Basic math and measurement skills
