Volt is immediately hiring for DIRECT HIRE Machine Operators (Shift and Pay listed below) in Berlin, NJ.
 

As a Machine Operator you will:

• Operate production and packaging equipment
• Monitor machine performance and production output
• Perform quality inspections on finished products
• Troubleshoot minor production issues
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals

This is a full-time, Direct Hire opportunity. (Rotating DuPont Schedule - Days & Nights) 4 On / 3 Off, 3 On / 1 Off, 3 On / 3 Off, 4 On / 7 Off. Total of 14 working days in a month.

The ideal candidate will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work in an industrial environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

Salary: $20.51 per hour with pay progression up to $24.12/hr

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
