Job Requirements
- Experience: No previous experience is necessary. Experience in food manufacturing or processing is a plus.
- Age: Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorships are available.
- Certification: Must be able to become certified on operating equipment.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Skills: Must be able to problem solve and perform basic math.
- Physical Abilities:
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, including above the head and below the waist.
- Must be able to work at line speed with the ability to make coordinated hand and finger movements.
- Environmental: Ability to work in varying temperature conditions.
- Flexibility: Must be able to work overtime and/or weekends as needed. Ability to adjust quickly to changing demands.
- Compliance: Must practice good personal hygiene. Candidates must successfully pass a post-offer/pre-employment drug test, background screen, physical and E-Verify.
