4-Day Work Week: Monday-Thursday | 1st Shift: 6:00 AM-4:00 PM | 2nd Shift: 3:45 PM-1:45 AM

What You Will Do
As a Machine Operator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
A Machine Operator helps produce quality products through the safe and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment. This role requires strong work habits, mechanical ability, and a commitment to maintaining production and quality standards.
The Machine Operator combines equipment operation, product inspection, troubleshooting, and process monitoring to support successful manufacturing while following established production procedures.
