Nesco Resource is seeking experienced Machine Operators for a temp-to-perm opportunity in Mauldin! If you have hands-on experience and are looking for a stable, high-paying role, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate machinery including rubber extruder systems, crosswrapping units, and grinding lathes
• Use tools such as tape measures, digital calipers, and durometers
• Perform inspections and complete process documentation
• Package finished products into wooden crates
• Operate equipment such as forklifts and overhead cranes
Requirements:
1–2 years of machine operating experience
Ability to lift heavy materials (as required)
Strong attention to safety and detail
Good documentation and communication skills
Stable work history
Schedule:
Training: 1st Shift (Mon–Thurs, 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
After Training: 2nd Shift (Mon–Thurs, 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM)
