As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating both manual and automated equipment in our production process. Your duties will include setting up machinery, ensuring the availability of production materials, monitoring equipment, and maintaining cleanliness in your work area. You will also visually inspect production runs, document results, and report any malfunctions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-3 years of general work experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Good hand-eye coordination and depth perception.
• Basic math skills and reading comprehension.
• Steel-toed shoes are mandatory for this role.
• Proper safety footwear as per CCSWB Safety Footwear Specification.

Preferences

• 1 year of prior warehouse, stocking, or forklift experience.
• Prior experience in production or manufacturing machine operation.
• Experience in a high-speed industrial environment.
• Knowledge of industrial technology.

We have openings for both the 1st shift (6:00 am to 2:30 pm) and the 3rd shift (10:00 pm to 6:30 am), Monday to Friday, with potential overtime on Saturdays depending on workload.
