Machine Operator
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Machine Operator in Medina, OH. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in manufacturing. No prior machine operation experience is requiredjust a willingness to learn and work hard.

Hours
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Paid 30-minute lunch break)
Pay
$17.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Follow the Quality Management System to ensure product standards
Make custom products according to specifications
Efficiently set up and change over machines to maximize production
Complete paperwork accurately and consistently
Perform daily cleaning of equipment and work area to reduce defects
Conduct final inspections of finished products
Identify waste and implement measures to reduce or eliminate it
Collaborate with slitter operators and assist with tasks as needed
Learn and operate slitter machines with training
Minimum Requirements
Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle up to 100 lbs
Accurately read a tape measure
Willingness to learn machine operation; previous experience preferred but not required
Nice to Have Skills
Experience with slitter, coater, or coating processes
Preferred Education and Experience
No formal education requirement; on-the-job training provided
Other Requirements
Physically capable of bending and lifting as needed
Must be able to work on-site at Medina, OH location
