Machine Operator

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join their client's team for a long-term temporary assignment lasting 18 months. This opportunity is fully onsite in Mesa, AZ, providing a consistent work environment in the dynamic semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities

• Operate complex equipment in a clean-room environment with chemicals and gases in controlled processes necessary to manufacture semiconductors.
• Use process control computers to monitor operations and adjust controls of processing equipment to produce desired thickness and resistivity properties.
• Inspect products for surface defects and measure thickness and resistivity properties using precision measuring instruments, microscopes, and standard procedures.
• Ensure adherence to safety and operational protocols within the clean-room environment, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
• Great attention to detail is essential in a 100% cleanroom environment.
• Comfortable wearing full PPE while performing duties.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screen, including testing for marijuana.

Work Hours

Shift A: Night shift from 5:30 PM - 6:00 AM, every Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, along with every other Saturday. This shift is non-negotiable, and applicants must be able to commit to this schedule.

Benefits

Compensation for this role is $21.85 per hour, which includes a 15% differential for night shift work.
