    Environment for Manufacturing Machine Operator:This position is in our Wyoming location focused on metals. The manufacturing machine operator will be working with multiple balers to bale metals. It is often loud instead the plant due to machinery. PPE is required such as hard hat, safety glasses, high vis, steel toed shoes, and gloves when needed. This role is inside all day in a plant that is hard to regulate the temperature (it can be hot or cold depending on weather outside).This is a great opportunity if you are looking to get your foot in the door somewhere and grow your career!Manufacturing Machine Operator Schedule:

    Monday- Friday 2:00pm- 11:30pm

    Manufacturing Machine Operator / Equipment Operator Position Summary:The Manufacturing Machine Operator operator is responsible for safely operating equipment such as hi-lo, loader, forklift, sweeper and/or small loader to assist in loading, unloading, grading, inspecting, buying and transportation of materials.Mechanical experience is a plus as the machines do break down and it is helpful to do what we can without calling maintenance.

    Distinguish between numerous grades and types of materials using basic identification tests according to company standardsPerform required bore, during and after-operation user maintenanceMonitor equipment, troubleshoot and/or notify management of any malfunctions that occurMaintain and protect all property entrusted to you in excellent conditionPrepare various documents and reportsTroubleshoot and mechanical diagnosis to identify repair needs such as motors, gearboxes, augers, pulleys, conveyors, and more.Prepare and complete required paperwork

    Manufacturing Machine Operator / Equipment Operator Qualifications:

    Six months operating small equipment experience preferred (hilo, loader, forklift, scissor lift)Equipment operation and preventative maintenance knowledge (conveyors, pulleys, etc)Loader operator experience preferredHilo experience requiredGood interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to multi-task and work in a fast pace environmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAccuracy in operation and attention to detail
