Machine Operator

We are looking for full time Machine Operators to join a team. You will be responsible for operating and monitoring equipment to ensure production runs safely, efficiently, and meets quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery and production equipment.
• Set up machines and load materials as needed.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or production issues.
• Perform basic cleaning and routine maintenance.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Meet production goals and follow established procedures.
• Work effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous machine operation or production experience required.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Basic math and attention-to-detail skills.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and move materials within established safety limits.
• Ability to wear required PPE and work in a production environment.
