Now Hiring Machine Operator
Morristown, TN
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Rotating 2 - 2 - 3 Schedule (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
Push Buttons, Pull Levers, Cash Paychecks

What Makes You a Fit
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience
- Basic computer skills in a manufacturing setting
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated production and packaging equipment
- Perform machine setup, adjustments, troubleshooting, and minor repairs
- Support the safe and efficient production of quality products
- Complete quality checks, product sampling, and production documentation
- Follow cGMP procedures and all safety standards
- Use systems such as JD Edwards, Factory Talk, Docushare, and scan guns
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Assist with additional production tasks as needed
- Promote teamwork and a safe working environment
