Candidates with CNC experience are encouraged to apply, but individuals with experience operating other manufacturing equipment and transferable machine operation skills will also be considered. Requirements for the Machine Operator
- CNC experience preferred
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to read measuring devices and follow instructions
- Dependable work history and attendance
- Ability to work safely in a production environment
- Must be willing to submit to required pre-employment screenings
- High School Diploma / GED
Machine Operator Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing and machining equipment
- Monitor production processes for quality and efficiency
- Perform product inspections and measurements
- Record production data as required
- Follow established safety and quality procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
