Pay Rate: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour

Shift: 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing experience (automotive manufacturing preferred).
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and use basic measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing production needs.
• Willing to pass pre-employment WorkKeys testing (Reading, Math, Locating Information, and Observation).

Job Duties

• Assemble and package parts on a production line.
• Operate manufacturing equipment, including CNC machines, grinders, presses, and test stations.
• Inspect parts using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Read blueprints and follow work instructions.
• Set up, change over, and perform basic maintenance on machines.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area (5S).
• Support quality inspections and troubleshoot production issues.
• Follow all safety, quality, and lean manufacturing procedures.
• Assist with other production tasks as needed.

What You Will Do

As a Machine Operator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
