Job Details

Pay: $23.63+hour $3 Shift Dif
Schedule: 2-2-3 Nights, 5:45 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
Location: Neenah, WI

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor high-tech beverage production equipment (cans & bottles)

• Set up and adjust equipment for product changeovers

• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues to minimize downtime

• Conduct quality checks and ensure accurate production documentation

• Record data, track inventory, and enter information into computerized systems

• Handle materials safely using forklifts or pallet jacks

• Maintain cleanliness and follow sanitation procedures

• Collaborate with your team to meet production goals

• Share ideas for continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• Motivated self-starters with strong time management

• Clear communicators with attention to detail

• Team-oriented individuals with a positive, dependable work ethic

• Mechanically inclined problem-solvers who enjoy hands-on work

• Comfortable using technology, including Microsoft Excel and other digital tools

• Knowledge of food safety and quality standards is a plus

• High school diploma or GED preferred; further education a bonus

• 3+ years of experience in food production or machine operation preferred

• Passion for coffee production is a plus

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate machinery as needed

• Sit, perform data entry, and communicate effectively

• Work in environments with varying temperatures, noise, and chemicals

• Make quick decisions under pressure
