At Bongards, we foster a culture where every voice matters, employees are empowered, and teamwork drives excellence.Position Overview: Bongards Premium Cheese is looking for a dedicated, dynamic and experienced professional to work as Machine Operators on the Night Shift at our facility in Norwood Minnesota.  The hours are 5 pm to 5 am and you will work 4 days one week, 3 days the next week.  This does include working every other weekend.

What You’ll Do:

• Must be able to learn and safely perform specific assigned position on our Slice Cheese production line.
• Must report all food safety and quality concerns to immediate supervisor or their designated replacement.
• Will perform sanitation duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• All other duties as assigned by the supervisor or lead person.

• Must be able to read and follow written instructions.
• Must adhere to and follow all Safety, GMP, and other quality guidelines.

• Food Production setting- Must be comfortable in assigned personnel and food safety gear.
