Pay: $17.50/hour
Hours: Sunday Thursday, 12:00 am 8:30 am (Graveyard Shift)

As a Machine Operator, you'll support daily production processes while working with a dedicated team to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop technical skills and advance within the manufacturing industry.

What You'll Do

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:

Operating and monitoring plastic manufacturing machinery to ensure optimal performance and output.
Setting up equipment at the beginning of shifts, adjusting settings as needed, and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime.
Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and reporting any equipment malfunctions immediately.
Reviewing job orders to verify part numbers, quantities, and specifications for accurate production.
Ensuring labels match job requirements and products are correctly transferred through the warehouse.
Assembling boxes and safely stacking products on pallets for shipping or storage.
Completing Production Verification sheets at shift start and end, submitting them to your supervisor.
Following all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and efficient to support safety and productivity.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

A high school diploma or equivalent, or prior manufacturing experience.
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn new equipment functions quickly.
Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Safety training or familiarity with safety protocols.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand comfortably for extended periods.
