Job Title: Machine Operator Night Shift
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Hours: Sunday – Thursday, 12:00 am – 8:30 am (Graveyard Shift)

As a Machine Operator Night Shift, you'll support daily production by working closely with your supervisor and team to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency. You'll work hard to keep equipment running smoothly and products moving correctly from production to storage and shipping.

What You'll Do

As a Machine Operator Night Shift, you will be responsible for:
  • Operate and monitor plastic manufacturing machinery to maintain optimal performance and output.
  • Set up equipment at the start of your shift, adjust settings as needed, and troubleshoot issues to reduce downtime.
  • Inspect finished products to confirm they meet quality standards and immediately report any equipment malfunctions.
  • Review job orders to verify part numbers, quantities, and specifications for accurate production.
  • Ensure labels match job requirements and products are moved correctly; assemble boxes and stack products safely on pallets for shipping or storage.

  • High school diploma or equivalent, or prior manufacturing experience.
