Job Title: Machine Operator Night Shift Urgent Hire

Pay: $17/hr

Hours: Monday - Friday (Graveyard Shift: 12:00am - 8:30am)

What You'll Do:

• Operate and monitor plastic manufacturing machinery to optimize efficiency and output.
• Set up equipment, make adjustments during production, and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and consistency standards, reporting any equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Review job orders to verify part numbers, quantities, and specifications to ensure accurate production.
• Ensure labels match job requirements and products are accurately transferred throughout the warehouse.
• Assemble boxes and safely stack products on pallets for shipping or storage.
• Complete Production Verification sheets at the start and end of each shift and submit them to your supervisor.
• Strictly follow safety and sanitation guidelines to promote a secure work environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area to support safety and productivity.

What You’ll Bring:

• A high school diploma or equivalent, or prior factory-related experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new equipment functions.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Safety training or familiarity with safety protocols.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods comfortably.
