Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:55 AM – 2:55 PM
Pay: $19.50/hr. on W2 + Weekly Pay + Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits
Duration: 8+ Month Contract

Job Summary

We are hiring Machine Operators to work in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility producing personalized debit and credit cards. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team with paid training and career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery in a fast-paced environment
• Perform quality inspections to ensure production standards
• Complete minor machine maintenance and adjustments
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety, security, and production procedures
• Meet daily production and quality goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer and math skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• 1–3 years of manufacturing, machine operation, or mechanical experience preferred
• Ability to stand and operate machinery for 6+ hours per shift
