Job Responsibilities
- Operate card production equipment to personalize debit/credit cards according to customer specifications.
- Collaborate with other operators, technicians, and supervisory staff to achieve daily and monthly goals.
- Perform minor equipment maintenance and adjustments as needed.
- Conduct quality inspections independently, adhering to production standards.
- Identify potential production and quality issues, recommending solutions.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Comply with all security and production policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities.
- Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions in various forms.
