Produces all products to defined quality levels yield and standard. Understands all production criteria for all products that are applicable to the Imaging process tasks. Sets up and operates imaging machines making photo imaging screens Ink Mixing slitting materials setting up machines Oven baking and related equipment. Makes adjustments to speed tension timing and related variables as needed to meet specifications. Uses measuring devices- scope Stereo Comparators viscosity measuring Weight scales micrometer and other devices that are required for process and product requirements. Performs routine maintenance on processing equipment as needed.
