Job Title: CNC Machine Operator 2nd Shift Location: Albemarle, North Carolina Pay Rate: $19.00/hour Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM 11:30 PM Training: Must be available to train on 1st Shift | 7:00 AM 3:30 PM for the first few weeks
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machinery according to specifications
Load raw materials and ensure machines are running efficiently
Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to produce high-precision parts
Perform quality checks using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
Troubleshoot and correct minor machine issues as needed
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Requirements:
Prior experience operating CNC machines preferred
Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods
Availability to train on 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift
Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
