Location: North Las Vegas, NV
Pay: $18.00/hour (Increases to $19.00/hour upon successful completion of the Kimco probationary period)

Schedule

Training Schedule (1st Shift):

• Monday–Friday

• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Permanent Schedule After Training (2nd Shift):

• Monday–Friday

• 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Candidates must be available to train on 1st shift and transition to 2nd shift upon completion of training.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate Genesis hose machines, weld extruders, wear strip line, cuffing extruders, testing equipment, and downstream equipment.

• Cut hoses to required lengths and accurately track production quantities.

• Ensure finished products are properly packaged and labeled.

• Perform quality checks using calipers, tape measures, weight scales, and plug gauges.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

• Follow all safety and production procedures to meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred.

• Ability to use measuring tools, including calipers and tape measures.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

• Must be reliable and dependable.
