Position Overview
We are seeking dependable Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Oklahoma City. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring plastic molding equipment used to manufacture foodservice and janitorial products while maintaining high standards of quality, productivity, and workplace safety.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment, and is committed to producing quality products.
Required Experience & Skills
Must be at least 18 years old
Previous manufacturing, production, machine operating, or plastic molding experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Fluent in spoken and written English
Verifiable work history
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Operate and monitor plastic molding machinery to ensure efficient production
Inspect molded products for defects and verify they meet quality standards
Trim, assemble, package, and palletize finished products as needed
Load raw materials into machines and remove completed products from production lines
Perform routine quality inspections and accurately document production information
Identify and report machine malfunctions, material shortages, or quality concerns
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Meet production goals while maintaining product quality and accuracy
Work collaboratively with team members to support manufacturing operations
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience operating plastic molding equipment
Manufacturing or industrial production experience
Quality inspection or assembly experience
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and perform repetitive motions throughout a 12-hour shift
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as needed
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to safely operate machinery while wearing required PPE
