Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Oklahoma City. This position is responsible for operating production machinery, monitoring product quality, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment while meeting daily production goals.
The ideal candidate has manufacturing or industrial experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous experience in an industrial, construction, manufacturing, or general labor environment preferred
Manufacturing education or certifications are a plus
Ability to accurately read tape measures, angle finders, and micrometers
Understanding of decimal measurements and basic shop math
Forklift and overhead crane experience is a plus
10-key data entry experience is a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production machinery to meet daily production goals
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance concerns
Complete basic production documentation accurately
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Assist with additional production duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience using precision measuring tools
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Experience operating forklifts or overhead cranes
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, kneeling, and repetitive movement throughout the shift
Ability to work in varying temperatures and industrial conditions
Comfortable performing physically demanding work while wearing required PPE
