Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and mechanically inclined Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Oklahoma City. This position is responsible for operating pre-set riveting machines that secure friction materials to brake shoes while maintaining production, quality, and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, enjoys hands-on work, and is looking for a stable opportunity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required Experience & Skills
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Load materials into pre-set riveting machines
Monitor machine operation to ensure efficient production
Inspect finished parts to verify quality standards are met
Perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
Report equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors
Assist with additional production and manufacturing duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience
Experience working in a warehouse or production environment
Mechanical troubleshooting skills
Experience meeting production quotas and quality standards
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 50 60 lbs consistently throughout the shift
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and repetitive hand movements
Ability to work safely around industrial machinery and moving equipment
Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
Work Environment
Non-temperature-controlled manufacturing facility
Fast-paced production environment with repetitive work processes
Exposure to industrial machinery, production equipment, and warehouse conditions
Required PPE must be worn in accordance with company safety policies
