Machine Operator

Essential Personnel in Omaha is seeking an enthusiastic candidate to fill a Machine Operator position. The ideal Machine Operator candidate would be a fast-learner who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Clean, quiet environment and great benefits!

Requirements for Machine Operator:

• Knowledge of machinery

• Manufacturing experience

• Effectively Monitoring finished product

• Competent computer knowledge

• Basic to intermediate math skills

• Maintain safe and clean work space

Responsibilities for Machine Operator:

• Operate Rotoflex finishing rewind equipment in a manufacturing environment

• Set up and adjust machinery according to job specifications

• Inspect printed materials to ensure finished products are defect-free and meet quality standards

• Rewind large press rolls into smaller rolls based on customer requirements

• Prepare completed orders for final quality control inspection

• Monitor equipment performance and identify issues as they arise

• Assist with production, packaging, and other departmental duties as needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Follow all established safety rules and regulations

• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned
