Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous machine operation experience preferred
• CNC experience preferred
• Quality inspection experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work overtime during the week and weekends as needed
• Strong attendance record required

Job Duties

• Operate a variety of production equipment, including injection molding presses, CNC machines, and lathe-type slicers
• Set up and adjust machinery within assigned work cell
• Perform detailed quality inspections and checks throughout the manufacturing process
• Use manual and pneumatic ratchets, hex wrenches, and box-end wrenches as required
• Monitor machine performance and report equipment issues
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
• Perform frequent inspection work to ensure products meet quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred.
• Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a Machine Operator

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the 8-10 hour shift.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 35 pounds regularly.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.

What You Will Do

As a Machine Operator, you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
