Join Mikro-Technik as a Machine Operator / Operations Supervisor, where you will play a key role in both hands-on manufacturing and operational oversight. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who can operate machinery while also supporting production documentation and process control. You will be an essential contributor to our innovative team in Plum Branch, SC.


Responsibilities:
  • Operate, monitor, and adjust production machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform routine maintenance, basic repairs, and troubleshooting on machinery.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and compliance are met.
  • Complete production and operational documentation accurately; this may initially be done manually (paper-based) until systems are fully implemented.
  • Support daily production coordination and assist with supervising operations as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with team members to enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, company policies, and manufacturing procedures.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred.
  • Proven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to document production activities clearly and consistently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as required.
