Location: Orange, VA
Pay Rate: $17.37 per hour
Schedule: 3rd Shift | Monday - Friday | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior experience as a CNC Machinist or similar machining role
- Familiarity with multiple CNC machines and control systems
- Solid understanding of CNC programming and machining techniques
- Strong attention to detail, quality mindset, and safety awareness
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-4 years of hands-on machining experience
- Welding knowledge is a strong plus
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
Job Duties:
- Operate conventional and CNC production machines, including (but not limited to):
- Winders, milling machines, drill presses, broaches, lathes, saws, grinders, and welders
- Perform finishing work such as sanding and deburring to meet quality standards
- Apply knowledge of material hardness, tooling selection, cutting speeds/feeds, coolant requirements, and machining techniques
- Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and production standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a safety-focused manufacturing environment
