Job Description
Job Title: Machine OperatorLocation: Orange, VA (100% Onsite)Duration: 3 Months ContractPay Rate: $19.00 per hour on W2Shift: 2nd ShiftSchedule: Monday to Friday from 3 PM to 11 PM Responsibilities:- Operates conventional and CNC production machines such as winders, milling machines, drill presses, broaches, lathes, saws, grinders, welders, etc.
- Sand, deburr, etc. as necessary to properly complete the machining operation with the quality required.
- Must understand material hardness, cutting tools, speeds and feeds, coolant requirements and machining techniques.
Must Have:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience as a CNC Machinist or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with a variety of CNC machines and controls.
- Solid understanding of CNC programming and machining techniques.
