Job Title: Machine Operator (Overnight)

Summary: This temp-to-perm Machine Operator role is a great opportunity to join a leading Rochester-based plastics injection molding company. The position involves operating and maintaining machines, performing changeovers, and ensuring high-quality production. Ideal for individuals seeking a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Shift:

• C Shift: 10:45 PM - 7:15 AM; $19.00/Hour
  • Monday - Friday

• Operate and maintain assigned machines and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform machine changeovers and follow standard work processes.
• Conduct quality checks using gauges, micrometers, and calipers.
• Package finished parts according to specifications.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Complete safety observations when assigned.

• Previous machine operation experience preferred BUT not required.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, lift, and bend for 8-10 hours per shift.
• Ok with moving between machines and constant movement.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
• High school diploma or GED required.
