The Machine Operator (Equipment Operator) is responsible for operating and supporting high-tech fabrication equipment within a production environment. This Machine Operator (Equipment Operator) role involves handling materials, monitoring equipment performance, and ensuring quality standards are met. Required Experience & Skills
Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with technology

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Previous experience with laser cutting, plasma cutting, or fabrication equipment preferred
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Operate and assist with parts department equipment
Safely load, unload, and handle materials
Monitor equipment operation and ensure quality standards are met
Perform basic machine setup and adjustments as trained
Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and documentation
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Work occasional overtime as needed
