Machine Operator / PackingInova Staffing is hiring Machine Operators / Packers for a client located in Mentor, Ohio!This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a consistent first-shift schedule in a manufacturing environment. Our client manufactures caulking materials, and this position involves operating a production machine and packing finished products.
Shift: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: Starting at $16+/hour, based on experienceWhat You’ll Be Doing:
- Load empty tubes into the production machine
- Monitor the machine as it fills the tubes with product
- Remove completed tubes from the machine
- Inspect and pack finished products
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
- Assist with other production and packaging duties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to stand and work throughout a 10-hour shift
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
