Pay: $17.22 per hour

Shift differential pay is applied during training
ScheduleDay shift- 6am-430pm, $17.22
Night Shift- 430pm- 3am, $19.22 •

Machine Operator for a local manufacturing facility. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential for dependable individuals who are interested in learning new skills and building a career in manufacturing.Machine Operator Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, load, and unload production machinery according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using micrometers, calipers, and tape measures
- Read and interpret blueprints, including geometric dimensioning
- Accurately enter production data and transactions into company systems
- Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Complete other duties as assigned
Requirements for the Machine Operator
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Intermediate shop math skills
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs using team lift or lifting devices as needed
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
- Must be willing to submit to required pre-employment screenings
