Duties
- Operate and maintain various types of machinery including injection molding, stamping presses, and flexo presses.
- Perform trimming operations to ensure products meet quality specifications and deburring excess material on products
- Use sanders
- Paint raw product to consumer liking
- Make sure product is to quality specifications
- Conduct routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members on assembly lines to meet production goals.
- Handle materials safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols within the manufacturing facility.
- Utilize hand tools and basic math skills for assembly and fabrication tasks.
- Participate in quality control processes to maintain high standards of production output.
- Repetitive use of hands and lifting
- Will be working with chemicals
- Package and prepare product for shipment
Qualifications
- Capable of learning air tool operation ( sander, grinder, paint gun, etc.)
- Capable of learning hand tool operation ( drills, scrappers, hammer, etc.)
- Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide
- Be able to lift 30lbs with assistance
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Computer skills are helpful
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Be able to work individually and as a team
- Must be able to follow detailed instructions
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to work overtime, including 10 hours and weekends when required
