Our Client is seeking dependable Machine Operators / Production Associates for the Peeling Department. These are full-time, direct hire opportunities, meaning you are hired directly by the employer from day one and are not working through a temporary staffing assignment.
This role supports automotive foam fabrication and production processes through machine operation, material handling, product inspection, packaging, and quality control.

Our Client is seeking dependable Machine Operators / Production Associates for the Peeling Department. These are full-time, direct hire opportunities, meaning you are hired directly by the employer from day one and are not working through a temporary staffing assignment.
This role supports automotive foam fabrication and production processes through machine operation, material handling, product inspection, packaging, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily manufacturing and production operations
- Operate and assist with Peeler, Hole Borer, and Deskinner equipment
- Inspect, package, label, and move finished products
- Enter production and inventory data into company systems
- Maintain inventory and support material recycling processes
- Follow all safety, quality, and production standards
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and efficient
- Work with team members to achieve production goals
- Machine operation experience required
- Previous manufacturing experience required
- Chemical manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read a tape measure and follow work instructions
- Basic computer, math, and data-entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to perform physical production and material-handling tasks
- Reliable work history and strong attendance record
- Must pass a pre-employment math assessment
- Ability to lift, move, and transport materials
- Willingness to cross-train on multiple production machines
