Machine Operator

Location: Perry
Pay: $20/ph
Shift: First – 6a to 4:30p (Monday to Friday)

Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable Machine Operator  to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate an automated welding machine used to assemble wire baskets and related products. This is an entry-level position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
•    Load wire basket components into the automated welding machine.
•    Activate the welding cycle using a foot pedal.
•    Remove completed parts and prepare them for the next stage of production.
•    Perform visual quality inspections to ensure finished products meet quality standards.
•    Maintain a clean and organized work area.
•    Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
•    Assist with other production duties as assigned.

Qualifications
•    Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
•    Strong attention to detail and quality.
•    Dependable with excellent attendance.
•    Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures.

Physical Requirements
•    Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
•    Frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
•    Repetitive use of hands and feet throughout the workday.
•    Ability to bend, reach, and twist as needed.
