Machine Operator (Brake Press / CMS Expander / Fin Press)

Location: 47th Ave & Roosevelt Phoenix, AZ
Pay: Starting at $19.00+/hour

Available Shifts:

• 2nd Shift: (3 openings)
• 3rd Shift: (2 openings)

Overtime: Frequent overtime available, including Saturdays as needed, must be able to work 10-12 hours shifts

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will set up, operate, and maintain production equipment while ensuring quality, accuracy, and safety throughout the manufacturing process. Training is provided for qualified candidates with mechanical aptitude and manufacturing experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Brake Press, CMS Expander, or Fin Press machines.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain production and quality standards.
• Perform steel punch operations as needed.
• Use gauges, measuring devices, and tape measures to verify product accuracy.
• Read and measure materials to 1/16-inch accuracy.
• Use hand tools and measuring equipment safely and effectively.
• Assemble and prepare custom heat exchanger coils, fluid coolers, and remote air-cooled condensers.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools.
• Must be able to pass a tape measure/measurement test.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn training is provided.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift, bend, and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be flexible to work up to 12-hour shifts and overtime as needed.

Requirements

• Steel-toe boots are required.
• Must be available to work 2nd or 3rd shift, with frequent overtime and Saturdays as needed.
