We're looking for a Machine Operator who's comfortable around equipment and likes being part of a hands on, fast moving production team. If you've spent at least a year in manufacturing and have run machines before, you'll fit in great. You'll be setting up equipment, keeping an eye on quality, and stepping in with basic fixes when something acts up. A technical background — whether from school or real world experience — will help you hit the ground running.
Job ResponsibilitiesRun the machines — Keep your equipment running smoothly, safely, and on schedule.
Check your work — Do simple measurements or visual checks to make sure parts look right and meet specs.
Get machines ready — Load materials, set up tooling, and dial in the right settings before starting a job.
Fix small issues — Handle minor adjustments and call maintenance when something bigger pops up.
Keep track of what you do — Fill out production logs and quality forms so everything stays accurate and organized.
Help with basic maintenance — Clean, lubricate, and take care of your machine so it stays in good shape.
Stay safe — Follow safety rules, wear your PPE, and help keep the workspace clean and hazard free.
Be a team player — Communicate with your crew and supervisors to keep production moving smoothly.
