Machine Operator

We are hiring for Machine Operators!

Machine Operator - 1st Shift | $18/hr | CNC Experience Preferred

OneSource Staffing Solutions is currently seeking dependable and mechanically inclined Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Pittston, PA.

This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, are comfortable operating machinery, and have strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up, test, and operate production machinery.
• Adjust machine settings such as speed, size, and other production specifications.
• Load materials into machines and ensure materials remain available throughout production.
• Monitor equipment and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Inspect products and identify defective materials or components.
• Make minor machine adjustments as needed.
• Clean and recalibrate machinery after production.
• Follow all production specifications and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform additional production duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must be able to read a tape measure and convert fractions to decimals.
• Basic geometry knowledge is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

This is an active manufacturing position requiring standing and walking throughout the shift, along with bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and climbing. Candidates must be able to frequently lift and/or move more than 50 lbs.

Schedule

Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
