Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a skilled 1st Shift Machine Operator to join the Plastics Department of a dynamic manufacturing company in Sparks, Maryland. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with plastic injection molding operations, ensuring high-quality production while adhering to safety and efficiency standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines to maintain smooth production flow.
- Perform machine startups, shutdowns, and basic changeovers.
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality specifications and consistency.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and escalate as needed.
- Maintain production flow to achieve daily output goals.
- Accurately complete production and quality documentation.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and audit-ready.
- Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience in injection molding is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to read work instructions and production schedules.
- Capable of standing for a full shift and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and production-driven mindset.
Required Work Hours
The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, requiring full onsite presence in Sparks, MD.

Additional Details
