Machine Operator

Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Machine Operators for multiple projects located in and around Pomona, CA.  This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of up to $40/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Machine Operator and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

Job Scope:

• Set up, Operate, and Maintain a Variety of Machine Tools
• Perform Precision Fit and Assemble Machined Metal Pars and Sub-assemblies using Hand and Power Tools
• Verify Dimensions of Products for Accurate and Conformance to Specifications using Precision Measuring Instruments
• Align and Secure Holding Fixtures, Cutting Tools, Attachments, Accessories, and Materials onto Machines
• Monitor the Feed and Speed of the Machines during the Machining Process
• Edit Programs, Write Short Programs
• Observe and Listen to Operating Machines or Equipment to Diagnose Machine Malfunctions and to Determine Needs for Adjustments or Repairs
• Separate Scrap Waste and Related Materials for Reuse, Recycling, or Disposal
• Operate HAAS CNC Lathes, Controls, HAAS FADAL CNC Mills, etc.
• Other Tasks as Assigned

Requirements:

• • Able to Read and Interpret Engineered Drawings, Blueprints, Charts, and Tables
  • Able to Lift a Minimum of 50 Pounds
