We are looking for a dependable and experienced Machine Operator to join our growing cabinet production team in Coconut Creek. In this role, you will operate production machinery to manufacture high-quality boxes and assist with assembly and packaging of cabinets. Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and clear communication with management are essential in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Pay Rate: $20/hour (Overtime at time-and-a-half after 40 hours/week)
Location: Coconut Creek, FL
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
1-hour unpaid lunch (12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)
Breakroom available with fridge and microwave
No weekends or holidays
Overtime may be available depending on workload
Responsibilities:
Operate production machinery to manufacture high-quality boxes for cabinets
Monitor and adjust machine settings to maintain quality and efficiency
Perform regular quality checks on finished boxes to ensure company standards are met
Assemble and box completed cabinets coming off the assembly line (up to 100 cabinets per day)
Lift and handle cabinets ranging from 40 to 100 lbs
Package and prepare boxes for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and handling
Maintain production logs and report any mechanical issues to supervisors
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Qualifications:
Previous machine operating experience is required
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs throughout the shift
Ability to read and follow production instructions and safety guidelines
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Safety Requirements:
Safety shoes are required for all roles
